I recently took part in Amy's Mummy Mojo 30-Day Detox. I had an amazing experience. It was like having 30 days of healthy living, eating and lifestyle all in one. Or like having a nutritionist and health coach with you all of the way advising you on what to eat and how to cook delicious healthy meals. I have learnt so much about what to cook, how to have balanced meals including healthy fats, and have recipes and eating habits that will be with me for life.

You are given shopping lists and meal plans weekly. Shopping for the healthy ingredients and cooking the meals was all really enjoyable. The smoothie recipes were amazing and the soups delicious. I lost so much weight, my skin improved, my hair became so much healthier. I am now sticking to a diet such as this as much as I can, not adding sauces etc to meals, cleaner eating and not having dairy or gluten. I can really see the results. I no longer suffer sinus!

I joined this program because I felt that I had a weak immune system that made me get sick often and also had issues with reflux, indigestion and bloating.
