What does the Mummy Mojo program look like?

Sadly, being a mum and being stressed seem to go hand in hand and it's not hard to see why. Getting the balance between family, home, work and personal life is incredibly challenging. An overwhelming "To-Do" list and a chronic lack of self care is the perfect recipe for mum stress. Feeling stressed totally sucks! It causes anxiety, zaps your energy and steals your mojo. And on a more serious note, it is also really bad news for your health. The stress response involves a cascade of physiological reactions in the body. When this stress becomes chronic it can lead to disease states, such as cardiovascular disease, depression, diabetes, autoimmune disease, impaired immunity and chronic fatigue. In short – it really isn’t conducive to a healthy, vital life.
